WordPress Plugins

Recently I did a post on WordPress For Your Real Estate Blog http://www.magneticrealestateagent.com/business-blogging-for-real-estate in which I discussed the benefits of having a WordPress blog.

Today I want to give you my personal favourite wordpress plugins to help your blog run smoother. A plugin is a piece of software that is an addon in processing additional content for your blog. They are easy to install; generally with just one click. In your side bar on your dashboard within your blog you’ll notice the word plugins.

Simply click on it and you’ll be given a choice to search for plugins or upload from an external source. In the search box put in what you are trying to do or source. For example if if want to add your Facebook details to your blog, you can get a plugin by typing in Facebook and choosing for the best options. Each plugin has a user rating depending on the ease of use, functionality etc. I generally choose 4stars + if there is a general plugin for a function I want to do.

Here are my favourite WordPress plugins for your blog:

It is incredible how useful the “pin It” button can be. I was not looking to have a presence on Pinterest but after seeing how many people were pinning and re-pinning my homes I could not resist. It is a great source of free advertising.
